We have been using Educa since 2009. It has been very useful for us to know more about our son Tonian's learning stories without meeting with staff. This is ideal for us, as we are working parents with three children. It is great that the stories can be illustrated with photos and we can leave comments on them. We have given access to Tonian's account to our extended family living overseas and they can check on his progress!

Educa is great. It's not always easy to see or hear what your child has been up to during the day when you pick them up, but now I can see the latest stories on my children and can make comments immediately.

Educa is a very user friendly product, for both teachers and families. Uploading stories for individual children and connecting children to group learning experiences is simple and easy!

Educa's e-profiles are very effective. Wherever there's a computer parents can instantly access their child’s learning & development profiles online, as well connect with their child’s teacher. It’s all there at a click of a button. A worthwhile investment!

Educa offers everything we’ve been looking for. It's secure and very easy for both staff and parents. Within our first month we already had several parents that added learning stories and photos of their own to their child’s profile. The feedback from parents has increased, proving how convenient and easy Educa is.

Educa have developed a wonderful interactive website which enables us to share children's photos, learning stories and easily communicate with parents. The online facilities of Educa have provided the community at Natural Steps an effective communication tool using IT, allowing parents, staff and children to engage in responsive conversations about what is happening at our centre. It also supports written dialogue, photographs and  the use of video, allowing staff to capture and share children’s development and learning journeys, as they occur.

It has been a great decision to use Educa and all the staff and parents are really happy with it. We have found it very user friendly and look forward to all the new updates as they happen to make it even better. The parents are really enjoying having the feedback straight away it keeps them up to date on their child's progress and the day's developments, which gives them plenty talk about with their children each day and know what is what.

We started using Educa in September 2011. By October 2011 we were fully up and running with it! The system is intuitive and easy for users at all levels. Its great advantage is that it facilitates good and regular communication between families and staff. We all love using Educa, including the children. They enjoy sharing their stories with one another using the centre computer – a great way to use ICT with the children.

I love using Educa, and I especially love getting feedback from parents! One example was a child pretending to be Spiderman. I wrote the story on Educa and the parent came back telling me that he had been rescuing his sister all week at home as Spiderman. I then let her know that we had purchased some new superhero dress ups and saved the whole conversation in his learning story.

We began to use Educa on a trial basis for one month but had only began the trial and already wanted to have it full time. Educa has made documentation fun. With the use of photos, videos, learning stories and assessment the staff have really enjoyed the monthly task of updating children's profiles. The parents are beginning to contribute and are sharing their children's profiles with their families. Creators of Educa - thank you.
